Managers are generally well-trained in how to mould all different aspects of management. How to run their business, solve problems, find solutions and make decisions, motivate and check on the staff, stimulate team-work,  carry through changes… Every manager will encounter these aspects daily. How to handle time-management, use electronic support, delegate, give and receive sufficient  feed-back, and take care of recreation... every manager knows all this.

But what happens if you are unsatisfied with the progress of the job? What if you are close to a burn-out? Or what if your staff achieve insufficiently? And what if there is not enough support or understanding at home? Not to mention the amount of stress that is eating its way through your body every day!

When a manager gets problems, it does not necessarily mean that he is not sufficiently trained. Not seldom problems that originated in childhood lie at the root of present problems. For instance, if you received little appreciation as a child, you might, unconsciously, be after too much appreciation as an adult, and therefore you are unable to do a good job. If, as a child, you had to take care of sick relatives instead of being able to play, then, as an adult, you might take into account your staff too much at the expense of yourself and your business.  If you were discouraged, as a child, to run any risks,  you are bound to play it too safe as an adult.

In my practice I regularly treat burnt-out managers. With the help of NLP and specialized kinesiology I correct old and useless behaviour. I also correct wrong decisions that the patient had taken back in his childhood. The professional experience I have from my career in industrial life and the management trainings that I took myself, are to my advantage.
