The bitter truth about sweet poison in our food

At present aspartame is the most dangerous poison that can occur in our food.  Aspartame is composed of three chemicals: aspartic acid, phenylaline and methanol. Glutamate (monosodic glutamate=MSG) also belongs to this dangerous toxic family.

Our body needs aspartame and glutamate to make the brain functions operate (neurotransmitters); however, the body needs only very little amounts that are usually produced by the body itself. A small and repetitively administered overdose of these matters (easily acquired because contained in many food products) may eventually lead to the following health problems:

  • Fatigue
  • Insomnia
  • Hyperactivity
  • Nervousness
  • Lymph problems
  • Intestinal problems
  • Crown disease
  • Asthma
  • Hair loss
  • Amnesia
  • Concentration problems
  • Diabetes
  • Hormonal disturbances
  • Prostate problems
  • Ovary problems
  • Headache and migraine
  • Dizziness
  • Fears
  • Sight and hearing problems
  • Muscle problems
  • Birth problems
  • Brain damage
  • Brain tumour
  • Cancer
  • Alzheimer and Parkinson

When a pregnant woman eats or drinks something that contains these toxics there is a good chance that the unborn baby's health will be disturbed which might lead to one of the above mentioned problems in the future. Aspartame is also sold under the brand names of NutriSweet,  Equal, Spoonful and Candarel. Also the brands Nutrisweet, Monsano, Kelco, Benevia, Equal Measure and Chuker are suspicious. You can find more information about this subject in the international search engines when you type “aspartame” or “glutamate”.

So most sweeteners contain aspartame and cause illness. One single sweetener contains more aspartame than the brain needs or can cope with in a year.

Brain cells are structurally destroyed by the overdose. Hence all the consequences that causes disease. In the Netherlands there is no legal obligation to mention aspartame on the label of food products. However, the presence of glutamate has to be mentioned on products. But it is not always mentioned as glutamate. Mostly it is hidden in another name or formula. In a lot of processed food you can find it; for example in baby food.

Apartame can be found in: most sugar free products, light drinks, fruit juices, carbonated beverages, refrigerated puddings and fillings, tea beverages, soft candies, baked goods and baking mixes, toppings, breath mints, sugar free products, cocoa mixes, coffee beverages, frozen desserts, gelatin desserts, yoghurt and yoghurt products, milk drinks, shake mixes, sultana cookies, some multi vitamins and  most of the soft drinks.
