Sometimes work is no fun. If this is often the case, tension will build up. Work will become the enemy and colleagues will become the enemies. You will feel more and more uncomfortable and you may even consider calling in sick or finding an other job. The workload is outweighing the bearing-power. Usually, all kinds of old patterns, norms and values, that originated in childhood, lie at the root of this situation. However, this is not always acknowledged. It also occurs that lack of experience or insufficient know-how creates the problem. It is usually a combination of the above-mentioned aspects. And so… what can we do? Specialized kinesiology offers good possibilities to make an analysis of a person's strong and weak programmes. Sometimes it is better, indeed, to go look for an other job. Sometimes it is better to get rid of old programmes and then re-evaluate. Anyhow, it is essential that, eventually, the bearing-power will outweigh the workload again.
